Recommended Foods to eat back calories

What is a good quick healthy snack to eat back the recommended calories to even out your Net.

I think I need around 250-500 depending on the day.

    Almonds - 1 oz = 160 cals
    V8 juice = 50 cals
    Yogurt = 150 cals add fruit for another 50 cals
    Soup + toast = 250 cals
    peanut butter toast = 200 cals + apple = 275
    Tuna salad sandwich = 270 cals
    Cereal + milk = 250 cals



    Kinda hard when we don't know what you like.

    my current snack is a nut seed and prune mix: 20g cashews, 10g pumpkin seeds and 20g sunflower seeds, with 20g dried prunes on top, just over the 200cal mark I think it works out to. God healthy snacking, fills the need of repetitive hand > mouth > eat that I have such a fixation with, and good for the digestive system to boot!
