I have a couple at home (I'm at work). You can also look up a recipe online then replace the fat with applesauce which massively cuts the calories.0

Dip them in melted dark chocolate and eat them!! only about 160 cals or so!0

Here's a nice looking recipe for banana bread:
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/4 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 T cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1/8 t salt
2 slightly beaten egg whites
1 1/4 c mashed bananas
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c oil
1 1/5 T vanilla
nonstick cooking spray.
mix together flour, poser, soda, cinnamon, nutmet and salt. In larger bowl mix bananas, egg whites, sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir in four mixture until moistened. Spray 8x4x2 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool bread 10 minutes in pan, then remove. makes 1 loaf

Here's a banana bread recipe
2 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
3 bananas
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Heat oven to 350 and spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray. In bowl combine flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Mash bananas in a separate bowl and add eggs, sugar and butter to the mashed banana mixture, beat until fairly smooth. Pour banana mixture into center of the dry ingredients; stir until blended. Fold in nuts and pour into pans. Bake 35 min. Enjoy!

I found this searching on the boards...
It's essentially, take frozen banana(s) put them in food processor, blend for about 5 mintues, stopping occassionally to scrape down the bowl. Recipe says it's like soft serve banana ice cream.
I believe I'll give it a go.
