Weigh In

I have a question about weighing in. When is the best time to do so to get the most accurate weight? I have weighed in a couple times but at different times each day and it says I have gained weight!!!! Just wondering if anyone has a suggestion...

    I weigh weekly, in the morning, with no clothes on. I find it is more accurate that way.

    Not sure where I learned this, but I weigh each morning and write it on a daily chart. Then at the end of the week I add up the 7 weights and divide by 7 to get my weight for the week. This really helps get a true weight and show the progress I'm making (or not) rather than the normal fluctuations due to water retention etc.
