    i'm in ...done 1 hour and 20 mins today - 40 mins cross trainer and 40 mins run- not including my 20 min walk each way for the bus (i never count that, it's just part and parcel of life in the countryside ;-))

    Screwed up yesterday post so here is my correction!!

    March 1 - 32mins Insanity Cardio Recovery
    March 2 - 39mins Insanity Cardio power and resistance
    March 3 - 54mins Insanity Pure Cardio and cardio abs


    So far 2hrs and 5 mins down
    21 hrs and 55mins to go!!
