So, here's the deal..

Free to everyone and you can join at any time!

Starts March 1

The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of March

    of course walking is included. It's anything YOU consider exercise. Personally I dont put cleaning down as exercise but I know some people do. To each is own and there is no problem with that :)

    I AM IN IT!!

    HERE IS MY PLAN:
    Monday, Wed. and Friday: walking for 30 minutes per day (30X3=90 minutes per week) 90x4 weeks=360 minutes
    Gold's GYM:
    Tuesday 60 minutes "The Groove" 60 x 4 weeks = 240 minutes
    Thurs.60 minutes "ZUMBA" 60 x 4 weeks = 240 minutes
    Friday 60 minutes "The Groove" 60 x 4 = 240 minutes
    Saturday 100 minutes "The Groove" 100 x 4 = 400 minutes
    In School
    Monday to Friday 12 minutes FAT Burner 12 x 22 days= 264 minutes

    Total of 1744 minutes.. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

    Sounds like an AMAZING plan!! You got this challenge beat by a mile :)

    I am in!! I am thinking 6 days at 1 hr with one day off. Mon, Wed, Fri 1 hr fitness class at the gym, Tues, Thurs, Sat 40 min run or elliptical followed by 20 min yoga. Sunday's off

    Went back to the gym tonite for a leg workout and than did my 100 ab exercises too

    Mar 1 - 39 min treadmill, 30 min leg workout, 5 min of abs

    1 hr 14 mins 74/1440 minutes

    I will jump in on this. I am currently doing a 30 minute elliptical workout in the AM and 30DS in the PM so this will help keep me motivated/accountable.

    March 1st - 50min
    March 2nd - 30 min
