1 Hour a Day for 30 Days

:heart: Hello All! I'm new on here so I thought I would say 'Hi!!" I've had my weight ups & downs, so I'm trying something new I read in my online Shape mag. I'm going to work at, doing whatever, for 1 hour everyday for 30 days no matter what. I'm on day 5 & so far so good. I figure this will help with the "I'll do it tomorrow!" syndrome. Plus if I’m doing all this working out I don’t want to ruin it with eating or drinking too much.

So what do you think?? I could use some friends to help keep me motivated too! :bigsmile:

    I've found that much tends to burn me out and my muscles don't like it. I've recently modified my workout schedule to only be M W F and Sat. but good luck to ya!

    I'm on day 8 & so far I'm loving it. I'm sore, but not as sore as I thought I would be. I was trying to do the 3-4 days a weeks & would slowly start pushing it to the next day or the next... You get the idea. I really love the support on this site & seeing what others are out doing gets me motivated to get my hour in earlier. :bigsmile:

    I'm gonna give this a go, I'm up to 20 min so far as I went for a walk on my lunch. Only 40 min more to do today. I think I may be able to do this :) x
