    Nice work. I have lost a similar amount too in almost the same period at 140 pounds (373 -233 pounds) from April 2011 to end of February 2012. I still want to lose another 36-48 pounds.

    Like me, you did it with a low calorie diet and exercise. Any regrets about using a low calorie diet?

    No regrets on the low cal diet. I strctly followed my macros and got monthly blood work to make sure I was deficient in anything. The hard part of the low-cal diet is adjusting calories up! Sugar free jello was my saviour
