    I really think I over-estimated how much I could lose by April 1st. I think I would be happy just getting to 199. Anyone else feel like they did the same thing??

    Hope it is okay to just jump in today.

    Current weight: 147 lbs.
    April 1st: 146 lbs. (I know that doesn't seem like much, but I want to be able to keep it there, once I get there for a couple weeks. First I have to get there... I seem to be stuck at 147, so if it is just 1 lb. I will be happy).

    Planning to be really productive this week (and every week of course -.-)

    I really want to get more off this weight off before I fly back home in 2.5 weeks! I'm so nervous to see everyone. I've lost about 10 pounds since the last time I was home (living in Japan right now) and I've got to be honest, I really hope people notice. Usually I have people telling me I've lost weight when I've gained like 4-5 pounds and am bloated >.< It's looking good for me for this challenge though!

    I'm now 164 - so lost another 1.5 pounds!

    I am pleased although thinking maybe I set my target weight a bit low...... I'm going to really step up the exercise.

    Do you all mind if I start today? My name is Ana and I just got diagnoses with prediabetes yesterday. I am going to set my pace at 1 lb per week. I will weigh officially on Thursdays. But, I am an every day weigher. I just have to do it, or I will waste a week. Thanks for the challenge. Congratulations to all - you are doing so well!
