30 day shred question....

Hi, I started the Shred yesterday. It's great! I can't wait to see how I progress. Should I do it everyday? If you do it what's your Shred schedule look like? I'm a little sore today but I'm going to do it !!! Thanks, Cindy :heart:

    I just started two days ago and I've done it both days in a row. From what I've read on here, a lot of people do it everyday for the 30 days - 10 days on each level. Or they just do what they can though according to their schedules/how they're feeling and don't do it everyday. There are a lot of topics about the shred that I've peeked at if you search it up! :smile:
