I need some suggestions on low cal and fat toppings for Jacket potato, something nice with out being all calorie filled and making me feel more than a little sick at the thought, any ideas?????
so far i was thinking something along the lines of hummos or low fat cream cheese.

My favorite substitute for sour cream is plain Greek yogurt. How about the yogurt, some fresh chives, chopped tomato? Roasted garlic? Now I'm hungry.0

That does sound pretty good!!! I will def have to try that. I have been avoiding baked potatoe just because I didnt know what I could "safely" put on it.0

I add salsa to my salads as well instead of dressing YUM!!!Salsa0 -
greek yogurt, (labneh if you can find it (mmmm)) or cucumber yogurt, salt, baby bell light creamy swiss cheese wedges (35 cals per wedge - and AWESOME)...
Okay, this is how I would do mine:
Baked Potato
Baby Bell Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedge
Chives
Garlic
(...and if I'm feeling REALLY naughty, a teensy bit of butter)0 -
a nice tomato sauce or ratatouie is good0
