    So sorry...but I just have to ask...did you eat back your exercise calories?? :embarassed: :wink: :laugh:


    For the first 6 months I absolutely did not eat my exercise calories back. I was in a major deficit, sometimes 3000 calorie deficit a day. That changed over time. I currently eat 75% of my exercise calories back and am still loosing 1+ lbs a week.

    The Napout shirt was from a mall kiosk in Orange County, CA. Sorry I dont have a better source! I bought one in the next size at the same time. Just in case the kiosk disappears.
