I have been really craving sushi lately, and as I thought about it I'm even not sure how good/bad it it is for you. Any thoughts on this?

What are your favorite kinds? What kind do you avoid?

I'm also craving Pho soup too, yum!

well there is some rice on the outside, but a very small amount. i find sushi to be a great light lunch/ dinner. seaweed is really good for you, and as long as you get the sushi without anything tempura or deep fried, just sticking to veggies and fish in it, you should be good!
i like spicy tuna and spicy salmon :) i haven't tried too many yet, as i've just gotten into eating it!
i like sweet potato sushi but it is kinda fried so i try not to get it often, as i feel the fish/veggie sushi have more nutrition for me.

DARN IT. now i want sushi :(

i haven't tried pho soup i don't think, how tasty is it?!

I love all types of sushi. I don't know what the names are of the ones I eat but anything spicy is what I'll go after. That wasabi stuff is a different story. I had watery eyes the last time I tried it. As for pho, that's like my favorite type of soup! Addicted to it!

I usually stay away from anything tempura (fried) or anything with mayo & cream on it.

My favorites are salmon & tuna sashimi dishes, salmon hand rolls, chirashi bowl (sashimi & rice in a round bowl), and for appetizers seaweed salad along with miso soup and green tea.
