I pull weeds. It's very therapeutic taking your frustrations out on weeds! It also makes your garden and flower beds look great............

Depends on what kind of stress it is. If I just need to wind down,
:flowerforyou: I take a few minutes to lay on our porch swing, close my eyes, and relax...
:flowerforyou: I sit on our sundeck to watch the sunset, the ducks, ospreys, and herons landing behind our house...
Or, if I'm REALLY mad... :grumble: I clean the house. I've always believed in using negative feelings to do something positive.

    exercise, baby, exercise!

    Nothin' like it--

    Run, run, run, run, run!!!!!
  • Take a walk.

    Light a candle.

    Read a book.

    Pet my furry felines.

    Take pictures of flowers.

    Conscientious breathing.

Sing a song about my troubles.

    Play the Sims3.

I love to garden too -- nothing like being outside and seeing all my flowers and hearing the birds singing!

    Other things:

hanging out with my cat or dog
    reading
    listening to some good tunes...
and I'm addicted to all types of computer games!

    Take a warm bath
    Read a book
Go on my porch swing and listen/watch the birds.
    Go to the back deck/pool
    Clean
or just lay on the bed with the door closed and cry for a while.
    Listen to music
