Eggs! I eat three tea eggs for lunch (eggs boiled for hours in a broth of tea and spices) with some veggies, and I'm full right through the afternoon, through my evening workout, and right until dinner. :)

Lean protein - only thing that works for me ......steak, chicken, fish, eggs, cottage cheese, ham, tuna, sardines, salmon....
  • Brown rice with cajun seasoning. I'm good to go after 1/2 cup. Plus it's good for you.

I used to think apples would work, but every time I eat one, I'm hungrier than I was before I ate it.

1 cup of cottage cheese + a slice of toasted bread.... Super fullness with 200-230 calories. Add some smoked turkey slices (20 calories each) and... you will be full for the whole night! (Yes, I find out that protein rich foods keep me full longer)
  • To be honest Nothing. For me Im ALWAYS hungry! But I Would Avoid Subway If You want 2 be full, because when i eat it i am NEVER full

If you're getting all the water, look at your protein and fiber intake. Both of those keep me full and seem to digest well for me.

The fiber takes up a lot of space in your belly, so it makes you feel full. The protein takes longer to break down, so it keeps you feeling full for longer.

For breakfast, I tend to mix some fruit, oatmeal and greek yogurt. Lunch is typically leftover dinner from the night before, but I prefer to have a little meat and a pile of veggies... in whatever combination. Snacks for me are typically sunflower seeds and craisins just because they store well in my desk drawer. I know sunflower seeds are high calorie with a lot of fat, but they also have nutrients like vitamins that make me feel better about it. It's not empty calories.

Whole grains are great for fiber and they take longer to break down than refined grains.
