Okay I have worked out a 4 times a week, 2 week sin a row for an hour more each workout. I have cut my food portions by a little. I have just weighed myself. I have gained 3 pounds:explode: ?!?!? How is this possible? Could it be that it is" that time of the month" that affects me or what?

Hi there,
Absolutely.
Having TOM in the house does affect your weight quite a bit. I usually got up anywhere between 3 to 5lbs during the week I have my cycle. Never, ever, weigh yourself while on it, nor should you weigh yourself during the day. Your true weight will show first thing in the mornig once you've gone to the bathroom.
Hope this helps.
By the way, if you workout as often as you stated but you only cut your food portion by a little it won't work. Exercise & nutrition go hand in hand. You have to give your all on both of them.0 -
ditto to fufi's advice and also don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat. don't worry about weight as much, as long as you feel more fit and toned! good luck! :flowerforyou:0
