I was wondering, what are people's 3 favorite healthy snacks? I always look to expand my snack selection, so I don't get tired of what I am eating.
Right now I am loving:
1. Fiber One Dark Chocolate Almond bars (they satisfy my sweet tooth)
2. Red Grapes
3. Greek Olive Hummus and Bagel Chips

Ooooh I want to find those Fiber One bars! Normally, I just get a regular PB or chocolate one!
As of now...
1) Apple or banana with PB
2) Kashi dark choc cherry or pumpkin bars, Fiber One choc or PB bars, Nature Valley dark chocolate bars
3) Carrots

1. Pineapple!
2. Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal (Not sure if anyone else counts this as a snack, but it's only 160 calories so I help myself when I'm hungry!)
3. Plantain Chips from Trader Joe's (HIGHLY recommended-taste like ruffles and 20 chips for 140 calories)
I know you said top 3, but since you're looking for variety, I also enjoy rice cakes! 30-40 calories, salty, and good to munch on. A lot of people don't like the taste, but I personally love them-and there's a couple different flavors!0 -

2: baby carrots w/peanut butter
3: a waffle topped w/berries OR pan de sal (Filipino sweet roll) stuffed w/frozen berries & microwaved for ~12sec0 -

3. Cottage Cheese w/ Pepper or Apple Sauce (~160 cals with the applesauce, w/o is around 100)
I always try to have some fresh fruit during the day and some cheese, I love the two a lot!0 -
