3 Favorite snacks

I was wondering, what are people's 3 favorite healthy snacks? I always look to expand my snack selection, so I don't get tired of what I am eating.

Right now I am loving:

1. Fiber One Dark Chocolate Almond bars (they satisfy my sweet tooth)

2. Red Grapes

3. Greek Olive Hummus and Bagel Chips

    Ooooh I want to find those Fiber One bars! Normally, I just get a regular PB or chocolate one!

    As of now...

    1) Apple or banana with PB
    2) Kashi dark choc cherry or pumpkin bars, Fiber One choc or PB bars, Nature Valley dark chocolate bars
    3) Carrots

    2. Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal (Not sure if anyone else counts this as a snack, but it's only 160 calories so I help myself when I'm hungry!)
    3. Plantain Chips from Trader Joe's (HIGHLY recommended-taste like ruffles and 20 chips for 140 calories)

    I know you said top 3, but since you're looking for variety, I also enjoy rice cakes! 30-40 calories, salty, and good to munch on. A lot of people don't like the taste, but I personally love them-and there's a couple different flavors!

    lol by reading each of your posts i feel as if my snacks are naughty! i stay within the suggested serving though!

    1) pop secret homestyle popcorn
    2) snyders mini pretzels
    3) tostitos and salsa

    1/2 cup plain greek yogurt with 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or blueberries & 2 TBSP granola

    Apple or Banana with 2 TBSP peanut butter

    Protein Bars (I buy a variety of brands & flavors so I don't get bored)

    1: raw almond butter on Ezekiel sprouted grain bread
    2: baby carrots w/peanut butter
    3: a waffle topped w/berries OR pan de sal (Filipino sweet roll) stuffed w/frozen berries & microwaved for ~12sec :)

    1)Peckish thins, salt and vinegar and some cheddar cheese
    2)Dark Chocolate!
    3)Greek yoghurt (low fat and unsweetened) with a teaspoon of honey or jam and either some oats or sliced almonds

    3. Teddy grahams (Okay... So they aren't the healthiest thing in the world, but a serving of 24 cookies is 130 calories. And on that same note, I like goldfish too!)

  • 1 .100 Calorie Pack Kiebler Mini Brownies ~ oh my goodness these things are so good, they taste like little mini chocolates, so good!

    2. Frigo Cheese ~ don't remember exactly how many calories they are but it is a very small number = :)

    3. Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb Cheese ~ 35 calories for a wedge. They are really good with whole wheat wheat thins!

    2. 1/2 PB&J sandwich
    3. Pop Secret 100 Calorie Pack
    3.5. Blueberries. I'd probably eat 3 pints a day if I could afford it.

    1. Fresh Fruit (Banana, Apple, Grapes (~100 cals)
    2. String Cheese (~80 cals)
    3. Cottage Cheese w/ Pepper or Apple Sauce (~160 cals with the applesauce, w/o is around 100)

    I always try to have some fresh fruit during the day and some cheese, I love the two a lot!

    1. black cherry Chobani Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder...so freakin' good!
    2. vitatop muffins- my favs are the deep chocolate and the banana choco chip
    3. fruit smoothies- frozen fruit, protein powder, and milk...haven't made one lately though cause I've been so dang busy. Now I really want a smoothie!
  • Bump - mine aren't anywhere near as exciting so need the suggestions (yogurt, banana and nectarine).
