i want in!!! i need it so much. last month has been... not good... wasnt bad either... but i didnt loose any so its time to get back on track, and i need motivation.

Mfp estimated 157 for me, but I'm going to try and see if I can pull off 155 by April 15th instead. And I'll try to complete the challenges every week as well.0 -

Im totally in, I LOVE the competiton! My goal is to lose 14 poounds in the 6 weeks to get me deliciously CLOSE to my lifetime Ultimate Goal weight of 135 pounds. Keep in mind, I am 5'7'.

I only consume 2 servings of fruit/day, so you won't see me eating more than that. I eat more than enough veggies to make up for it though!0 -

May not seem like much, but I never can seem to get the last few pounds off, have only ever made it to 132 then binged my way right back up!

Also, I was totally laying in bed last night thinking about doing my own little personal six week challenge since my hubby and I are taking a mini vacation in six weeks that will require a bathing suit haha.
My personal exercise/diet goals are:
P90X six days a week
Insanity 2-4 days a week
Stay under calorie goal at least 5 days a week
Burn 1000 calories/day
It's pretty ambitious, I know, but my body LOVES those last ten pounds and holds onto them for dear life! Lol. So I really gotta step it up if I want to see any loss at all.0 -
My bad, I didn't post this before and I've been in college. :')
Starting weight: 212lbs
Goal weight for March 31st: 204lbs
Goal weight for April 15th: 194lbs (in 5 weeks, plus a week)
The challenge for this week:
30 minutes stationary bike, 30 minutes min elliptical a day
Under calories ALL week
8 cups of water at least 4 times a week

Final goal (MFP says): 135.4 but I'll round that to 135.
The fruit/veggie challenge will be the hardest as I'm very bad about that. But I'll try.

Ok Everybody!! I am closing the challenge Now. Whoever posted beofre this post are in. I know we have more than I rooted for but seems rude to turn anybody down when they are so excited. Ok . Now evreybody wil receive invitation by tonight to our group. everybody already have the challenge for this week.
i have sen people make their own too and that's awesome too. By tomorrow EOD please update your stats in group so have them ready as we don't have much time.

Wow!! I am amazed to see so much enthusiasm. In 2 hrs we are about to reach the limit for our group.I will keep it open for few more as to be honest we might see a reduction overtime. I am going to create a group and spreadsheet to post in the group and will invite everyone by tomorrow. But give everybody the head start on challenge here is what we need to do:

The challenge for this week will be:(I am starting slow but you can amp it up however you like )
4 mile - run, walk, elliptical, cycle
50 pushups
Under cals 4x week
3 serving fruits and veggies + 8 cups of water
Total 200 min excercise( cardio+ strength)
Hope this is something that everybody likes and if not I am open to suggestions. But it can't be easy if we want to reach the goals we set. Please post your status at least twice a week in the groups. Send friend request to others in the challenge
Welcome everybody !!! Let's do it!!! The thing that will keep us going is to support each other and keep each other motivated. So please do it for each other even if it takes to give and get a strong kick in the *kitten*. you will be amazed how it will work for you and others because sometimes that is just the thing we need.
