The scale actually shows 152 this morning but I don't believe it as it was 155 yesterday so I'm reporting 155 today. I really need to buy a new scale, it'll probably say 158 again tomorrow.
Although I did join the move it 180-360 minutes a week challenge thread for March, and I do think it's helping me be more consistent with exercise...not 3 pounds worth overnight though!0 -
