Pick up New Rules of Lifting for Women. It's a great beginning to a weight training program.0

This probably won't help but I do:
Arms/Shoulders - Monday
Chest/Back - Wednesday
Legs - Friday
I am a beginner so I only do a few exercises for each0 -
I'd start by deciding how many days a week you want to train. Once you do that you can come up with a plan to target each of your muscle groups. Once you decide on the frequency, chose some basic exercises that you will do for each muscle group. A good place to start may be 2 to 3 sets of 10 - 15 repetitions for each exercise. There are a ton of websites and books where you can learn about different exercises for each muscle group.0
