    3.5. Blueberries. I'd probably eat 3 pints a day if I could afford it.

    1. Fresh Fruit (Banana, Apple, Grapes (~100 cals)
    2. String Cheese (~80 cals)
    3. Cottage Cheese w/ Pepper or Apple Sauce (~160 cals with the applesauce, w/o is around 100)

    I always try to have some fresh fruit during the day and some cheese, I love the two a lot!

    1. black cherry Chobani Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder...so freakin' good!
    2. vitatop muffins- my favs are the deep chocolate and the banana choco chip
    3. fruit smoothies- frozen fruit, protein powder, and milk...haven't made one lately though cause I've been so dang busy. Now I really want a smoothie!

    Ooooh I want to find those Fiber One bars! Normally, I just get a regular PB or chocolate one!

    As of now...

    1) Apple or banana with PB
    2) Kashi dark choc cherry or pumpkin bars, Fiber One choc or PB bars, Nature Valley dark chocolate bars
    3) Carrots

    94% fat free popcorn (sometimes I drizzle a little olive oil over the top and sprinkle a little salt)
    cottage cheese and fruit, usually bananas or some type of berry

    2% Greek Yogurt with frozen (thawed) blue berries and fresh red raspberries and a little sweetner (I make my own yogurt)
