Did you stay withing you nutritional goals?
Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes, I drank all my water. I made it the whole day without getting a latte (and a treat to go with it)

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Even though I had already done my exercising, I went on a walk with my mom.

What would I have done differently?
Not eaten as much at the Indian Restaurant

What is today's personal goals?
Drink all my water. No caffeine or refined sugary treats.

    Up to 17 mins on my 8 min miles.

    What would I have done differently?
    Nothing. Feel like I did great.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Exercise and keep doing good on my calorie intake.

    No, I was 170cals over.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    Yes, I finished my 3mile run.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I had a pretty bad day yesterday and didn't feel like exercising, but I did anyway. My mom had maked cookies that I managed to avoid too :)

    What would I have done differently?
    Ate a meal instead of a bunch of snacks with no nutritional value for dinner when I got home from work. It's alwayyys better to just eat a meal!

    What is today's personal goals?
    No pretzels/empty calorie carbohydrate snacks. Run 3.5miles.

    No. I went over 50 calories.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    No

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Since I didn't exercise I thought that I would go over my 1260 by a significant amount but I didn't. I probably didn't even go over but I don't log my walks with the dog... he moves slow :)

    What would I have done differently?
    Found the time to get to the Y or go for a walk

    What is today's personal goals?
    Exercise and watch calories. Enjoy my last day of being 39 :noway: Tomorrow 40 :drinker:

    Yes, I burned 500 calories on the elliptical trainer.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    I didn't go over on calories.

    What would I have done differently?
    Nothing. Yesterday was a good day for me, diet-wise.

    What are today's personal goals?
    1--That if the hubs and I go out to dinner, to eat something lean and healthy.
    2--To tell the hubs how much I love him, as my friend's hubs just passed away (he was 37--sudden heart attack, very sad).
    3--To enjoy each calorie burned while working out---'cause it will never, ever be on my body again.

    Welcome coolviolet73! Its great to have you joining us. Great job at burning 500 cal. I love your line about burning calories and how those calories will never be on your body again. Great way to look at it.

    goldk-Despite posting that you went over, it seems like you had a good day yesterday. Keep up the good work.

    Anne4251-Even with going over, it's great you exercised despite the lack of desire and you steered clear of the cookies. It's little steps that make us successful.

    Yes .. well I went over by 9 calories but I'm going to say close enough

    Yes.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Didn't eat a 2nd dinner when I already ate enough for my first dinner while preparing it for my family. I did 30 minutes on my recumbant bike before bed - even though I really didn't want to

    What would I have done differently?
    Would have not eaten while preparing dinner and eaten a normal meal with my family instead

    What is today's personal goals?
    90 minutes at the Y tonight ... will be a challenge because I have to pick up my son from daycare and bring him to the Y too

    than food!

    Thanks for the encouraging words!!! Staying close to my 1260 w/out exercise is a huge accomplishment... LOL
