I found a great 64 calorie fix for everyone's chocolate cravings! (It's not quick.)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped pretzels
1/2 cup melted milk chocolate chips (you can melt them in the microwave for 1 minute and then 20 second intervals, stirring between each)
Procedure:
Combine the peanut butter and pretzels in a bowl.
Freeze for 30 minutes
Spoon 1tsp balls (should make around 20) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Freeze for 1 hour on lined baking sheet
Roll in melted chocolate
Place back onto baking sheet and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
One of these has:
64 calories
4 g fat
1 g saturated fat
2 g monounsaturated fat
1 mg cholesterol
5 g carbohydrates
2 g sugar
2 g protein
1 g fiber
53 mg sodium
65 mg potassium

Enjoy!

That looks good. If you don't mind though, I would recommend substituting dark chocolate for milk chocolate. In moderation, dark chocolate is actually good for you, like red wine!0

Yeah. Next time I try I'm definitely using dark chocolate. I like it a lot more than milk chocolate, anyways. I just found this on the internet and thought chocolate lovers might want to see it!0
