Balsamic Glazed Chicken Tenders

Yields 4 servings
Nutritional Content 1 serving = 6 chicken tenders
Nutritional data is for one serving:
Calories: 192; Total Fat: 10 g; Saturated Fat: 2 g; Trans Fat: 0 g; Cholesterol: 25 mg; Sodium: 287 mg; Carbohydrates: 17 g; Dietary Fiber: 1 g; Sugars: 7 g; Protein: 9 g;
Ingredients
•3 chicken breasts filets, cut into 1” strips
•1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
•1/4 cup honey
•1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
•1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
•1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
•1/2 teaspoon onion powder
•1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add all ingredients to large skillet, cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
Delicious served over a bed of brown rice. To serve as an appetizer, combine 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar for dipping.

For me, it's a little spicy. I'm pretty wimpy though. Next time, I'll reduce the pepper flakes a bit. Other than that.... LOVED IT!0
