zumba burn amount

I don't have a calorie counter yet. Does any have a rough estimate of the amount of calories burned during a high intensity zumba work out?

  Try zumbacalories.com. It will ask for the intensity, your weight and how long you worked out for. This is what I did until I was able to get a HRM.
