I've been the same weight for almost two weeks now - I had my TOTM last week, which raised my weight but after which it dropped back down to 148.6 -- I'm hoping by friday I will see some change as that will be the two week mark. What do you guys think? (I decreased my exercise a bit during TOTM), and I average about 1200 cal per day.

I'd say you should do some more exercise and change your exercise routine!0

I think your calories are too low. try adding a 100 per day for one week and monitor results. after that week add another 100 per day. you will find your tipping point0

eat at your maintenance calories for a couple of weeks . Sometimes your body needs a break from all the dieting, it can be pretty hard on your body. Then start to drop your calories again.0

Thanks for all your advice MFPs -- I have trouble eating 1200 cal a day, it was only a few weeks ago that I started managing that much! Does anyone have any advice on what to eat to up my calorie intake? I've been adding some peanut butter and lots of nuts and whole grains.. MFP determined my cal intake as 1200, if this is too low, how do I determine that? (I'm new, relatively:)0

you can try this link http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
and if you are close to your goal (10-15) pounds to go, it will be harder to lose those than the first 10-15 pounds0 -
Like others have said, increase your calories.0

Thanks for the link, I'm going to try upping my calories a bit -- just a question.. do you think I've hit a plateau because I don't usually eat back my exercise calories? I try to eat a bit more on my heavy exercise days.. but honestly I usually don't compensate.0 -

Just thought I'd add my exercise routine in case it helps..
I take my dogs for a long walk in the morning, do the 30 day shred every day, some yoga and stretching, 4x per week get in 45 min of cardio, and 2x per week spend about 30 minutes strength training.
As I said before I usually have trouble eating back my exercise cals --
-- so I'm gathering that the general consensus that I should up my calories? ^_^ I really appreciate the advice!0
