Out of Curiousity -- how many carbs did you have yesterday?

My hubby and I have been trying to cycle our carbs and I'm just wondering how many you had yesterday to compare what we have been eating! I basically am curious if my "low carb" days are still too high

    I considered my self in a low carb diet and I ate 109 yesterday. I try to stay around 100g every day. I don't count "net" carbs so maybe my number is lower since I try to eat high in fiber carbohydrates (vegetables) :)

    I had 64 carbs, 51 net if you subtract fiber. I'm trying to go lower carb to a) stop snacking so much on pretzels and baked chips and 2) slowly get back to lower carb as I know it works. I lost 2 pounds in 3 days since I started lowering them (no white flour). That's more than I've lost in 2 months just watching calories.

    I had 98g. We were aiming to stay under 100 but like I said I'm not sure if that's not low enough. I don't think we could go much lower lol.

    I had a yummy 261g of carbs.

    It wasn't a fantastic food day. I had 2 cups of alphabits and 2 granola bars.

    I looked and had 145g. I have a friend in town from overseas and we have been eating out while she is here. Looking back on my other days it seems I average about 140-150g per day.

    185g carbs (and usually around 550g protein and 100g fats). I'm 260lb now hence my requirements.

    I had 173 grams out of a 2500 calorie day. Had 222 grams of protein. I'm not avoiding carbs, but instead focusing on getting more protein.

    I had 52. but I was really bad the day before and am trying to make up for that. I am alloted about 190 so I was drastically under goal. Good Luck!!

    194g...usually over 200. I'm on a special gestational diabetes diet though :)

    I had 1,571 calories and 41 carbs. I had a lot of salad yesterday though.

    I Have honestly never paid close attention to carbs so this Carb cycling challenge is difficult for us! I never realized how much carbs some foods have! We never ever went over our daily allotted carb amounts because my husband and I aren't huge carb fans in the first place. But I wanted to try cycling to see if it would bust me out of my plateau!

    450g. On Sunday i had 700g. Nothing wrong with carbs.
