Hey all! I'm Niki. I'm 24 years old, will be 25 in July. I currently weigh 214 pounds. When I started my weight loss journey I was at 225 so lost a little bit so far. I would love to lose as much weight as I can by summer. Would love some buddies since I don't really have any on my account yet, so if anyone would like to friend me feel free :) Hopefully I can help support some of you and you support me as well.

    Hi Niki! I am Helen. I am almost exactly in the same boat as you..started out at 226 but that was a year and a half ago. I've been bouncing back and forth from 215-206 and everything in between ever since. I start a workout plan but it seems I can't stick with it for 2 straight weeks. I'm tired of starting over. I joined MFP on Saturday...just really started logging everything yesterday and have no friends yet. Today is my 4th day working out in a row, so my small goal is to get to 2 straight weeks of it. I feel if I can get over that little hump I can accomplish the rest of the monstrosity lol. I'm currently at 215 and want to lose as much as I can by November [we are going to Jamaica for a friends wedding]. I'm 32, will be 33 *yikes* in July. Sending you a friend request, and would be happy to give support on the bad days as well as the good :)
