What exercises can I do at my desk?

I work a desk job 8-5. What can I do as I sit here all day? I do take the stairs duing my breaks!

    Walk around when you are on the phone.
    Sit on a stability ball for part of the day rather then your chair!
    Bring light arm weights to do different things during some downtime.
    Park FAR away from your office and walk.

    Get some ankle weights and rock your feet up and down- great calf workout.

    you can do knee lifts and leglifts

    i like the ankle weights idea, ive wokred in an office before where the environment was work...not workout. you can conceal them, that is stellar.
