      Wow, you look amazing!! You are an inspiration!

      I started Dr Esselstyns way of eating 8 months ago, and can honestly say I have never felt better. I thought it would be difficult to give up meat, dairy, and oil, but it was not bad at all. I now cook loads more, and love it!. My family all eat this way too, including my 13 year old son! Who says he can't imagine eating any other way.

      Thank you all. Even though I knew 100lbs weight loss would get a big response, the support is tremendous. :smile:

      Some of you have asked how I've done it and I'd like to point out that my profile page, and my diary are wide open.

      If any of you are interested in a meat-less or less meat existence I would encourage you to watch Forks Over Knives. In that documentary you will be introduced to two men: Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and Dr. Colin T Campbell. I suggest reading their books as well: "Reverse and Prevent Heart Disease" and "The China Study" respectively.

      Again, these are only suggestions and they are only for those who are interested.
