What keeps you on track???

For me:

1. Preparing my next days meals ahead of time.. I'm less likely to make a last minute unhealthy decision when I prepare my shacks and lunches the night before.

2. Pre-packaging all boxed foods; I baggy them, label them with the calories, and ONLY eat out of my portion-controlled baggy.

3. I park far away to squeeze in some extra walking, and take stairs when possible.

4. I talk about my goals.. A LOT
