    Starting weight: 170 lbs.
    Mini goal weight for March 31st: 165 lbs.
    Goal weight for April 15th: 163-61 lbs.

    I always have a problem maintaining momentum with food... working out is not a problem, I do that 6x per week without fail, rain or shine, sick or well. My problem is food and I need to focus on that... hoping this will help!

    You can give my spot to somebody else. I'll be traveling and I won't be able to keep up on all this. I'll try the next time. Plus, there is no walking going on in my world. We're buried in snow here and I'm not going out in it. Thanksalot.

    I posted earlier, but just got my goal weight after completing my diary. Here are my results.

    SW: 199.5
    Mini March Goal Weight: 190
    End of 5 Weeks Goal Weight: 190

    100 crunches
    Exercise 5 days a week
    Always Meet Water Intake Goal
    Always Stay Under Calories
    Stay Within Sodium Limits
