I've made this a couple of times. Very delicious.

I have to make it on nights my husband isn't home because he won't eat spinach.

what kind of multi-grain pasta do you use? Every time I try to serve my family anything but white pasta, it gets rejected!

Barilla I believe it is, makes yummy whole wheat pasta.

There's also a brand that's white, but is enriched. Which may or may not be better than regular, I'm not sure.

I use Barilla brand multi-grain pasta and so far my family has not rejected it. I know what you mean, some of the wheat pastas do not taste good but Barilla makes a good multi-grain pasta. This recipe sounds great.

I use Healthy Harvest and I think it tastes better than regular pasta.
