Spinach Pasta Toss

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups multi-grain penne pasta, uncooked
1 cup water
1 pkg. (9 oz.) baby spinach leaves (7 cups)
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
BRING tomatoes, pasta and water to boil in large saucepan; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or just until pasta is tender.
ADD 1/2 of spinach; simmer, covered, 2 min. or until wilted. Stir. Repeat with remaining spinach.
SERVE topped with cheese.
Makes: 6 servings, 1 cup each

I made this tonight! It was good and soooooooooo easy.
I put it under Homemade Pasta w/spinach and tomatoes (or similar to that) and calculated everything based on weight.
These are the nutrition values I came up with for four servings
Calories 261.5

I made this for my mom and dad and husband they all liked it (even though it was healthy) my mom requested it for the next pot luck--really easy to make and even better as left overs--

I made this last night with rigatoni noodles, it was fantastic!! I added a bit of garlic and onion powder for a bit for flavour as well. It even got a picky man's approval

i just made this tonight and I added 3 chicken sausage links (kind of like a brat) I bought at sams club and added garlic salt crushed red pepper flakes and 1/4 cup of pizza sauce. It was awesome!!! I did the math and with my additions, it equaled out to 5 servings, 331 calories a serving.0

I made this tonight -used spaghetti noodles and added some chicken breasts. Yummy stuff. I bet this would also be good with shrimp. Mmmmm.0
