Screwed up yesterday post so here is my correction!!
March 1 - 32mins Insanity Cardio Recovery

Ok...so I just found this so have to figure it out in total...only managed 12 minutes yesterday, did 55 minutes so far today..that means if it averages to be 45 minutes a day then I need to put in extra time on a couple of days. When I was doing Weight Watchers I had many days that I exercised an hour and a half a day, so I can handle this.
CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!!!! :happy:0 -
