Hi, I am new to this website and I just started a new exercise program 2 days ago (P90X). As a senior in high school, I want to lead a healthier lifestyle and feel confident in myself and my body. In the past, I have tried exercising regularly but I usually give up about a week and a half later. However, this time I feel like I can do it, I can push through the soreness and lead a healthier life. Yet, I do need some motivation and some support to keep me going so if anyone is in a similar position as me (or even if you are not), please friend me

Good luck with P90X. Stick with it and you will have awesome results. TWO WEEKS... If you can do it for two weeks then it's a habit for you and you are less likely to give up! You can do it!0
