13 months and 92 lbs later with pics

I started at 335lbs and I've removed(I hate the word lost, it implies I going to try and find it) 92 lbs... It was all diet and exercise... 2 rounds of Insanity and 2 rounds of Chalean Extreme(one month left on the 2nd round). This journey has changed my life for the better, but it's not finished yet. I'm around 17% body fat, but my goal is 10%... MFP and the people on here has made this alot easier and fun... A big thanks to you all...

    b) you shaved off 5-10 years, easily! looks-wise alone. i'm sure you probably gained 20 years in longevity!
