I like to get a 6" turkey breast on italian white, with avacado, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on it. :-D0

9 grain wheat bread (hollowed out), turkey breast, extra tomatos, pickles, banana bell peppers, lots of lettuce, cucumbers, no cheese! no mayo, not even light! So yummy!0

6 inch turkey on wheat with lettuce, pickles, olives, pepperoncini, cucumbers and vinegar....
If I have some extra cals left in the day I get american cheese too.0 -

It's either a 6in ham or turkey on wheat. Toasted, no cheese. Mustard, no mayo. As much lettuce, onion, pickle, jalepeno and bell pepper as they'll give me, and a shake of pepper.0

I get the sweet onion chicken teriayki on 9 grain wheat - 6 inch - with spinich, onions, and sometimes provalone cheese, toasted. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!0

Salad with Roasted Chicken on it! or Flat bread with turkey. Walden Farms makes a CALORIE FREE salad dressing that's awesome, too!0

chicken breast with all of the veggies on wheat, i get lots of jalepenos so i dont need to add vinegar and make the bread soggy most people look at the chicken and think its gross, but i love it!!0

6 inch veggie with everything but lettuce & "hot stuff" ... with cheese ... no mustard/mayo/etc and no oil/vinegar (I don't think it needs it). I prefer the 9-grain breads over the white.0

I always get the same thing. 6 inch Veggie Delite on flatbread. Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, jalapenos, and black olives with either mustard or sweet onion sauce. No cheese.

i usually get a 12 inch, just so i can have half right away then eat the other half the next day haha.
BUT, i generally get turkey with no cheese, lettuce, spinach, banana peppers, pickles, onion and some honey mustard. soooo yummy!!0 -
I usually get the Turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomato, spinach, pickles and very little light mayo.
Or the Chicken and bacon ranch with jalapenos when I'm feeling brave.0 -

I'm with this! Same thing everytime. Whole wheat, no sauce, no cheese, just every veggie and peppers they have!!!0 -

the good: 6 inch turkey breast on 9 grain whole wheat, no cheese, spinach, lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, maybe tomato, salt and pepper, mustard
the bad: steak and cheese on 9 grain whole wheat, chedar, spinach, lettuce bell peppers, cucumbers, mustard, salt and pepper
the ugly: Italian BMT on Italian Herbs and Cheese, cheddar, spinach, lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, ranch, salt and pepper, oil0 -

Wheat is better than white. Any white breads hold fat in with the starches and also lack any nutritional value because they have been bleached and that removes a lot of nutrients. Only eat brown grains, it DOES make a difference. (whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, brown rice)0

The sodium is not worth it to me so I avoid it. I'll gladly scarf a wad of sodium for a sirloin and veg dinner at a restaurant any day, but not for a lunchmeat sandwich.0

Mmm, I honestly love eating Subway, I just try to get stuff with the least sodium (or make up for it by eating something with very little sodium later in the day :P)! I like the 6" wheat veggie delight, with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, lots of jalapenos, cucumbers, and light mayo or honey mustard.0

Veggie Delight on Italian Herbs and Cheese. Lettuce, Spinach, Olives, Cucumbers, Pickles and American Cheese, no dressing. Mmm.0

If I am not worried about calories its a spicy italian with pepperjack on wheat ... but alas its normally a turkey or ham on wheat with everything and hot mustard... If i worked out I get cheese or mayo. It depends on if it's 6 inch or 12 inch.0
