Quick Circuit!

Got this from my sister (she is a personal trainer and also teaches a circuit training class)... Try it out! I did this today and loved it!



1. 2 minute warm up

2. 5-6 pushups

3. 1 minute of bicycle crunches

4. 1 minute of knee hugs

5. 5-6 push ups

6. 2 minutes of lunges with the TRX (or reg. lunges if you dont have access to a TRX)

7. 7-8 push ups

8. 30 sec High knees

9. 30 sec Butt kicks

10 . 30 sec jumping jacks

11. 30 sec starburst jumps

12. MAX AMOUNT OF PUSHUPS

13. 1 Minute Tricep-dips



REPEAT STEPS 2-13 3Xs
