Any swimming or aerobic exercise IS cardio related. I do not think it qualifies as strength as the only resistance is the water. I am not an expert though.0

okay
so if i take the class 2 days a week that would count as cardio and keep doing my strength training DVD 2 x a week
and i would be good???
i do yoga 1 day a week and i have to have 2 rest days
shift work ....you know:bigsmile:0 -
Aerobics is basically a synonym for cardio so, yes, it's your cardio workout and not strength training.0
