    defor--if you have the funds a good heart rate monitor is an awesome tool to use while exercising.
    someone that is say 300lbs will have a different result than someone that is 100lbs.

    I use the Polar FT7 and I found that I was over estimating my calories most times before I had my HRM.

  • Hi I'm Angela I'm new to this too my doctor suggested this website. Im tired if being over weight and tired all time.     Angela---Skinnytaste.com is a great website for finding recipes, give it a look, my gf makes dinners from there all the time and they are all good.

    Where I do my Zumba class they say 430 calories.

    I use zumba wii aswell, its brill isnt it!! i bought zumba 2 today and think its sooo much better than the 1st one! which one do u use? i also use active sports 2 my personal trainer which is a good workout :)

    this site/app is great! you will do well as long as you follow the calorie intake and work out at least 4 times a week......its tough at first getting used to it but after a little while its normal and gets so much easier! im down 50 lbs and feeling great!
