Hey guys!
I'm wondering if someone here knows what the nutrition value of red rice per 100 g is? I tried to Google around. but I can't find any info. I bought the Red Cargo Rice AAA, but on the package doesn't say any values on it.
Hope someone here could help me out!
oh, BTW. I see lots of stuff is posted on MFP. says 1 cup serving, does that mean 1 cup = 100 g approximately?

I'm not sure if a cup would be the same as 100g, but if you have measuring cups 1 cup is about the same as 240 mL.. so however much rice fits in that is about a cup. Hope that helps!0

Also you have to take note if its raw or cooked weight/amounts.
AS 1 c of uncooked rice does not = 1 cup of cooked rice - usually it triples.0 -
Great reply folks!
each cup is different, but I guess I can measure around 240 ml . Any info about the red rice?
