About a month in and only down about 5 lbs...clothes are fitting better but i would expect more by now. Can get very frustrating as i watch every calorie and feel guilty if i don't exercise everyday!
I could use words of wisdom...or the very least encouragement! Please feel free to add me if you are in the same boat!

5 pounds in a month is healthy weight loss! Don't get discouraged. Weight loss is not an instant thing. It's a long and often times tough process. In another month I'd say you'll start to notice a difference in the way you look, but mostly in the way you feel. Don't give up.0
