    TOTAL MINUTES REMAINING: 30 mins

    Lol sassy only ahead because my walk on Monday was half an hour longer than usual, that's what happens when I drag my husband along... :o)

    P.S I HATE THE CROSS-TRAINER :o(

    Haha!! I'm beginning to hate the cross trainer too!!! I put something on a dvd and watch that while I'm on it, makes it easier....slightly.

    Of course you can join in! Just log your minutes as mentioned in the first post. You seem to have your weight loss tracker on your post...is that what you were meaning? :smile:

    Sunday 4th March - 100 minutes (25mins on cross trainer, 30 mins NRoLFW, 45 mins dog walk) - 450 minutes remaining

    Monday 5th March - 60 mins doggy walk - 390 remaining

    Tuesday 6th March - 120 mins walking (on shoot and doggy walk) - 270 remaining

    Wednesday 7th March - 70 mins (doggy walk and 10 mins on bike) - 200 remaining (not feeling well so only managed 10 mins on bike)

    Thursday 8th March - 60 mins doggy walk - 140 mins remaining

    Friday 9th March - 110 mins (crosstrainer 15mins, NRoLFW 35 mins, doggy walk 60 mins) 30 mins remaining.

    Sick all weekend so didnt meet my goal - but trying again this week!
    Goal: 7 x 60mins = 420 minutes

    I love fitness challenges! This is just what I need right now! I have been sick (spring cold) and am starting to feel better. I am starting a second round of p90x on April 1st and need to get ready.

    Goal this week 250 min! Get back into running and doing the elliptical.

    Oooh, have I been bad at logging this week!! Sorry all, auditors in at work and husband away means zero time for t'internet.

    Mon 12th March - 60 mins (doggy walk) 405 mins remaining

    Tues 13th March - 155 mins (105 doggy walks and 50 NRoLFW) 250 mins remaining

    Wed 14th March - 60 mins (doggy walks) 190 mins remaining

    Thurs 15th March - 60 mins (doggy walks) 130 mins remaining

    Fri 16th March - 170 mins (120 mins doggy walks and 50 mins NRoLFW) 40 mins plus!! oooh, and havent even logged tomorrow's minutes. Think I really need to up my mins for next week to actually make this a challenge!! :)

    Welcome!!!!!! I'll prob keep this up for myself anyway until Mid April, my holiday, so if you want to do it for a month you can keep going with me if you like!! :)

    Can I join?? Its about 245am... just getting home from work and seeing this. I've been hunting for a challenge to keep me motivated.

    I'll put my challenge anyway, just in case :)

    Week beginning March 18th. I would love to push myself to exercise 180min. Normally I usually exercise 3x45min.. so thats a great goal for me :)
