I love fitness challenges! This is just what I need right now! I have been sick (spring cold) and am starting to feel better. I am starting a second round of p90x on April 1st and need to get ready.
Goal this week 250 min! Get back into running and doing the elliptical.

Week beginning March 18th. I would love to push myself to exercise 180min. Normally I usually exercise 3x45min.. so thats a great goal for me0
