most I have ever weighed is 227, I am down to 209 now and trying to get to 1750

My highest weight was 190. Five years ago I lost 55 pounds. I've maintained pretty well up until this past year. I am sitting at 145 right now, working my way back to 135. That is where I feel most comfortable!0

I'm 5'6", highest was 205lbs. Goal is 150lbs...so far have lost 18lbs. :happy:0

208 lbs at 5'5. That was DEFINITELY a wakeup call because the last time I weighed myself before that I was 185-190ish.
Current weight is roughly 170 lbs. It bounces around 2 pounds up and under.
My ultimate goal weight is somewhere around 125 lbs. I'll see when I get closer0 -
The most I've ever weighed is 260 pounds - that's where I was at when I finally decided it was time to stop fooling myself and get this weight off and get healthy once and for all.
My primary goal weight is 158 pounds - that'll put me officially into the healthy range on BMI (which I know is crap but you gotta start somewhere, right?). It'll also mean that I've lost 100 pounds since I started Weight Watchers in January 2010, which was the official start of my weight loss journey.
I'm already thinking that once I get to 158, I'd like to lose at least 10 more pounds but I also know it's not all about the number on the scale. That'll be the time when I need to focus more on how my body looks and how to focus my diet and fitness routine to get more sculpted and get my body fat % where I want it.0 -

My top weight was 254 pounds at 5' 7". Today I weighed in at 188. My goal weight is 150 pounds. 150 pounds would look REALLY skinny on me as I have a large frame.0

I think I was about 210 or so after I had my daughter. I'm at 156 now. I'd like to be 145 or lower, but I'm pretty happy where I am now. I'm concentrating more on strength than weight loss.0

I'm 5'9" and was somewhere between 230 & 240 (tended to avoid scales back then) in 2010. My first goal was 200 which I hit in March, 2011. My second goal was 175, which I hit in July, 2011. I was 169.4 on the scale this morning but my goals have changed from the "scale #" to how I look in the mirror. I was actually down to 168 at one point in the fall of 2011 but I had lost a lot of muscle mass. Since then I've used strength training 4-5 days per week and can see huge improvements in how I look, how my clothes fit and what I'm able to do in the gym. The scale is only one tool by which to judge your success. Best of luck with your journeys.0

I'm 5'7 and I weighed 222. I now weigh 202. 20lbs lost!!!
My goal weight is 140-1500 -
Highest weight was 204lbs. Current weight 183lbs. Goal weight 135lbs. I am only 5'2".0

Last November I weighed 407lb.
When I started logging on MFP I was at 384.2lb.
Now at 368.8lb.
When I get to 200lb I will reevaluate where I want to be. Some estimates say I should be 173lb others say as high as 190lb.0 -
