    I am 5'5. The most I weighed was 290.

    I am currently 237.8 and my goal weight is 170/175. Once I get there...I will see if I want to lose more.

    Heaviest was 250 lbs, in June 2010

    Currently 183 lbs, and working towards a goal of just under 175.

    my highest weight was 225 after I had my daughter,I gained about 50 pounds during a limited bed rest pregnency.I now weigh 200 and my goal is 120.80 pounds to go.

    My goal is 165, but it may be lower if i'm not satisfied w/ my appearance at that stage.

    I'm 5'8", female.
    My highest non-pregnant weight was 270, have lost around 50-55 (haven't weighed myself in awhile), my ultimate goal is 140 but I would be happy with 150-160.

    Highest was 71kg after 2 years of groin operations. (156lbs)

    My goal is anywhere between 55kg and 60kg (121-132lbs), ideally 57kg (125lbs). (this is what i used to be when I was able to be fit)

    Currently 68kg (150lbs).

    5ft 7" female - aged 49

    At my heaviest I weighed 12st 12lb after I have given birth to my daughter 23 years ago. I joined a slimming club and got to 9st 8lb within 6 months which is the lowest I have ever been. Have gone up and down ever since.

    I have hovered around 11st for the last couple of years. It seems to be more difficult to lose weight now I have emigrated to Australia as the lifestyle is so different - seems to be more opportunities to socialise and eat/drink too much. But I am so fed up with not wanting to wear a bikini and wearing long dresses in the summer to hide my legs which is the worst part or me. I am happy to have discovered My Fitness Pal as it is so much easier keeping an eye on things and makes me not want to cheat.

    It does seem to be working. I have now lost 8.5lb in around 5 weeks and weight 145lb. Initial weight loss was fast but this has slowed down now although my body shape is still changing/catching up with the initial weight loss. I hate exercise and don't do any. I eat healthily, or at least I think I do and am happy with what I can eat for 1,500 calories by chosing the right ingredients. i have rarely eat bread, potatoes, rice and pasta (I have discovered slim pasta which is a revelation - virtually no calories or carbs!).

    If I go out I don't beat myself up about ending up with more calories but I do try to chose something a bit more healthier than I otherwise would have done (last night eating out for example I had warm beef salad instead of a pasta dish laden with cream sauce).I have no intention of giving up wine so indulge on Friday and Saturday evenings but nothing during the week.

    I doubt whether I could get to 9st 9lb again being 23 years older now but I am aiming for 140lb and will decide then whether I think I need to lose more. I suspect my shape will be fine, it will just be the cellulite I have to work on which is the bane of my life - whether exercise will help that I'm not sure but loving salt and wine probably doesn't help!!
