I am 5'3". The most I have ever wieghed is 169. My goal weight is 135. Well, really 125, but I don't think I could ever get there.0

254 and a goal somewhere between 195 and 205 at this moment. 6' and a guy. At this minute, my goal is to reach 240, then a pound less, then one more down until I get there.
At only a pound a week average, I will reach my goal in one year., even though a pound a week seems very slow to an impatient guy.
I didn't get where I am overnight. I won't get where I'm going overnight either.0 -

I'm 154 cm. The most I ever weighted was 72 kg and now I'm 52. My goal is 49 kg.0

at 5'2", I actually managed to get myself up to 185. Eeeek.
2 years ago, I went through a dramatic (and probably unhealthy) weight loss and lost almost 50lbs in 6 months, which left me around 125-130lbs.
I was so happy, but time/life/stresses caught up to me and I went back up to 150lbs. Since I've started dieting and making a commitment to running again I'm down to 143, and losing.

Are we counting the pregnancy part? Because I got up to 189 at delivery, 168 postpartum, at 5'6". I'm currently 154, aiming for somewhere around 140.0

My highest weight was 190. Five years ago I lost 55 pounds. I've maintained pretty well up until this past year. I am sitting at 145 right now, working my way back to 135. That is where I feel most comfortable!0

208 lbs at 5'5. That was DEFINITELY a wakeup call because the last time I weighed myself before that I was 185-190ish.
Current weight is roughly 170 lbs. It bounces around 2 pounds up and under.
My ultimate goal weight is somewhere around 125 lbs. I'll see when I get closer0 -
The most I've ever weighed is 260 pounds - that's where I was at when I finally decided it was time to stop fooling myself and get this weight off and get healthy once and for all.
My primary goal weight is 158 pounds - that'll put me officially into the healthy range on BMI (which I know is crap but you gotta start somewhere, right?). It'll also mean that I've lost 100 pounds since I started Weight Watchers in January 2010, which was the official start of my weight loss journey.
I'm already thinking that once I get to 158, I'd like to lose at least 10 more pounds but I also know it's not all about the number on the scale. That'll be the time when I need to focus more on how my body looks and how to focus my diet and fitness routine to get more sculpted and get my body fat % where I want it.0 -
