I'm not feeling it....help me!

Options
I need to get some exersise in and it is almost 7pm here. What to do? Double my workout tomorrow? Or get my butt in gear?

    Jump rope. Take a 30 minute walk. Do some lunges and push ups. Or go on to youtube and find a 30 minute workout to do. I type in P90x or Insanity and you can see workouts on there to do.....

    I agree!!! Lunges, pushups, situps, crunches, and jumping jacks. With so many P90x and Insanity videos across the internet you almost don't need to purchase the program if you already have a good grasp on nutrition.
