How to measure calories burned?

Hey folks!
I'm looking for a way to measure the calories I burn while I work out. Is there something like a pedometer, that I can wear and will measure calories burned?
I'm looking for something that will be more accurate than using the generic excercises that are listed on the site (although those are great as well)

If you search the threads for "heart rate monitor", you'll find just the thing. Lots of discussion and recommendations.:flowerforyou:0

I use a Polar F6 heart rate monitor ... LOVE IT!
I did see something new on tv called the body bug. That is something you wear all the time. Really expensive though.0 -
Thanks! Will go and get one today - looking forward to using it!0
