    Running.... okay, not my favorite.... but I enjoy the fact I can eat so much more after running! :bigsmile:

    Swimming laps! It burns more calories in less time than anything else I do, it tones my muscles and it's low impact on the joints. It's an amazing exercise!

    Not a favorite but I do it often because it works. Treadmill(hell). 15% incline. 4.8-5.0 mph. Generally burn 1100-1200 calories per hour. Becoming a fan or Arc Trainer as well. Still playing with settings but I can now burn 500 calories per 30 minutes. Big fan of spin as well but burns not consistently as high.

    Cardio Kickboxing! I can burn 900+ calories in an hour and it FEELS like it! I love it!

    Amen, that's all I do is swim laps for several hours at a time. Burns tons of calories.

    Playing the drums and boxing. I enjoy doing both, so it doesn't even feel like I am exercising. Especially drums, when I am done after 60 minutes I am drenched in sweat. I play a faster punk rock style drums, so all my limbs are moving very fast all at once.

    I absolutely love RPM. Normal cardio bores me to tears but in RPM I push myself harder than I ever have on the treadmill. Love, love, love it.
