Success with MFP and a whole new attitude! With Pics

I started dieting when in september 2011 I tipped the scales at 21st 10lbs, the heaviest I have ever been.

I have stuck to the low calorie, low fat mind set. And last month I joined a gym, I go between once to three times a week (depending on free time)

Here is what I looked like when I started

    Thanks for the encouraging replies, much appreciated.

    I got measured yesterday at the gym, in 4 weeks I have lost 12% fat, my BMI has gone down by 2. and I have lost 12.5 inches (under bust, waist, thighs and calves) I was thrilled to bits, gave me renewed vigour to add a bit more to my workout now lol
